1. What This Site Is

HeyTeaMenuGuide.com is an independent information website about the HEYTEA menu in the United States. It publishes drink prices, calorie figures, caffeine estimates, store addresses, opening hours and written guides, plus two free calculators.

It is a reference source and nothing more. It does not sell drinks, take orders, process payments, handle deliveries, issue refunds, run promotions or provide customer service for any restaurant.

2. Accuracy of Information

We work hard to keep this site accurate. Every price is cross checked against multiple independent sources and every store address is confirmed individually, as set out on the about page. Even so, the information here is provided as a guide and without warranty of any kind.

Prices, calorie figures, opening hours and menu availability change without notice, and they vary between stores and cities. A price that was correct in Flushing last month may not be correct in Beverly Hills today. Caffeine figures on this site are explicitly estimates, because the chain does not publish per drink caffeine for the US market.

Before you rely on anything here for a purchase, a dietary decision or a journey, confirm it directly with the store. If you have an allergy or a medical reason to control caffeine or sugar intake, confirm at the counter rather than relying on this site or any other.

This site lists 23 US stores against a published chain figure of about 28, and it says so plainly rather than implying the list is complete. The same principle applies throughout: where something is uncertain, the page says it is uncertain.

3. Independence and Trademarks

This site is an independent guide. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to HEYTEA or its parent company. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

HEYTEA and any related names, logos, product names and slogans are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are used on this site for identification and descriptive purposes only, which is nominative fair use. No claim of ownership, sponsorship, endorsement or association is made or implied.

For anything official, including ordering, customer service, complaints, careers or corporate contact, use the official HEYTEA website.

4. Use of the Site

You may read, print and share pages from this site for personal, non commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, scrape or republish the datasets behind this site, including the 47 drink price and calorie tables and the store listings, in bulk or systematically
• Present content from this site as your own
• Use automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable load on the site
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting
• Use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages, guest post offers or link requests

Quoting a figure with a link back to the page it came from is fine and always has been. Republishing the tables is not. If you want to use the data more substantially, ask through the contact page.

5. The Calculators

The drink builder and the nutrition calculator are provided free and run entirely in your browser. Their outputs are estimates built from published figures and, in the case of sugar level adjustments and caffeine, from a stated model rather than measured values.

They are not dietary advice and they are not a substitute for information from the restaurant. Sales tax is not included in any price they show, because it varies by state and city.

6. Advertising

This site carries advertising, which is what keeps it free to read. Advertisements are clearly separated from editorial content, and no advertiser influences what appears on these pages.

We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or for anything on the sites they lead to. What advertising cookies do, and how to opt out, is covered in the privacy policy.

7. External Links

This site links to the official HEYTEA website, to Google Maps for directions, and to other third party resources. Those sites are outside our control and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their practices. A link is not an endorsement.

8. Intellectual Property

The written content on this site, the compiled datasets, the illustrations and the page designs are the property of HeyTeaMenuGuide.com and are protected by copyright.

The drink illustrations on this site are original artwork generated for it. No photography owned by HEYTEA or any third party is used anywhere on this site.

9. Limitation of Liability

This site is provided on an as is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information published here, including any difference between a price shown here and a price charged in a store, or a journey made to a store that was closed.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Corrections

If you find something wrong on this site, tell us through the contact page and it will be checked and corrected. Acting on corrections is part of how this site is maintained rather than a courtesy.

11. Changes to These Terms

These terms may change. The effective date at the top of this page changes with them, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
