HeyTeaMenuGuide.com is an independent guide to the HEYTEA menu in the United States. It exists for one reason: menu information for this chain is scattered, inconsistent and often copied from overseas menus that do not match what US stores actually sell.
Why This Site Exists
HEYTEA arrived in the United States in December 2023 with a single store at 1407 Broadway in Manhattan. It has grown slowly since, to about 28 stores across 6 states, which is small enough that most people searching for this menu are checking prices before a trip rather than looking up their regular order.
That combination produces bad information. Search results fill with pages that copy Asian menu listings wholesale, list drinks no US store carries, and quote prices in the wrong currency band. Others simply reprint each other, so a single wrong figure spreads across a dozen sites and starts to look like consensus.
This site is an attempt to do the boring version properly. Cross check every price against multiple independent sources. Confirm every store address individually. Say plainly when something is an estimate. Publish the gaps rather than filling them with guesses.

Every price was checked against three independent public US menu listings plus store level ordering pages. Where two of the three sources agreed on a figure, that figure is used. Where all three disagreed, the median is used and the disagreement is disclosed rather than hidden.
Prices in this category genuinely vary by city. The Manhattan and Beverly Hills stores sit at the top of the range. The figures on this site reflect what the majority of US listings carry, which makes them a reliable guide rather than a quote for a specific store.
Calories
Calorie figures are the published values at 100 percent sugar for the standard 16 oz cup. Those are not estimates. Where this site models a lower sugar level, the result is labelled as an estimate on the page it appears.
HEYTEA does not publish a full macro breakdown per drink for the US market in the way an American fast food chain would. This site works with the figures that exist rather than inventing the ones that do not.
Caffeine
Every caffeine figure on this site is an estimate, derived from the tea base, its oxidation level and the brew strength each drink uses, applied to published caffeine ranges for those tea types at a 16 oz serve.
They are labelled as estimates everywhere they appear, including inside the tools. Publishing a precise number the chain has not released would look more authoritative and be less honest.
Store addresses and hours
Every store was confirmed one at a time against public listings and store pages. Stores that listings mark as permanently closed were removed rather than left in to raise the count.
That is why this site lists 23 stores against a published chain figure of about 28. The 5 not listed here could not be confirmed by street address, and most of those are in New York. Guessing an address is worse than showing a gap.
How often this updates
The site is rebuilt on a regular schedule and every page carries the date it was last updated at the top. That date is the only freshness claim made anywhere here. You will not find phrases like "verified daily" on this site, because no mechanism on it verifies anything daily.

There is no named public author on these pages, because the work is compiling and checking data rather than personal commentary, and inventing a persona to sit on top of a price table would be dishonest.
Where the site does express an opinion, on the guides pages, it is written as the site's view and argued from the data on the rest of the site. The value piece is the clearest example: it names the drinks we think are poor value and shows the arithmetic behind that.
