Contact Us

The most useful message you can send us is a correction. If a price on this site does not match what you paid, or a store has changed its hours, that is exactly what we want to hear about.

Corrections first

A wrong price, a moved store, hours that have changed. Include the drink and the store and it goes into the next rebuild.

Questions about the menu

If something on the site is unclear, tell us. An unclear page is a page that needs rewriting.

Business enquiries

Advertising and general business questions reach the same inbox. We do not take guest posts or paid links.

Send a Message

All fields are required. We use what you send only to answer you, and nothing else.

Used only to reply to you. Never shared, never added to a list.

Email directly

[email protected]

If the form gives you any trouble, email works just as well.

What to expect

We reply within three working days. Corrections are usually faster, because there is less to discuss.

Every correction that checks out goes into the next rebuild of the site, and the page date updates with it.

We are not HEYTEA

Independent site. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to HEYTEA. We cannot help with an order, a refund, a delivery problem, a job application or a franchise enquiry.

All of those go to the official HEYTEA site or to the store directly. The locations page has the addresses.

Why Corrections Matter Here

This site tracks 47 drink prices and 23 store listings, and every one of them can go out of date. A chain raises a price in one city. A store shifts its closing time by half an hour. A seasonal drink comes off the board.

No amount of checking catches all of that from a desk. The people who catch it are the ones standing at the counter, which is why a correction from a reader is worth more to this site than another round of research.

If you send one, it gets checked and it gets applied. The about page sets out how the data is compiled and verified in the first place.

What Makes a Correction Easy to Act On

Three details turn a message into a fix. Without them a correction usually needs a reply asking for them, which slows the whole thing down.

1

The exact drink name

Several drinks on this menu differ by one word. Supreme Brown Sugar Bobo Milk Tea and Supreme Brown Sugar Bobo Milk are different drinks at different prices, and Cloud Crisp Grape is not Crisp Grape Boom.

2

Which store

Prices vary by city on this chain. A price that is wrong in Flushing may be right on Rodeo Drive. Naming the store tells us the difference between a stale figure and normal regional variation.

3

What you actually paid

The number on the receipt before tax. A screenshot helps and is never required. If you only remember roughly, send that anyway, it still tells us to go and look.

What We Can and Cannot Help With

This is an independent site. That shapes what a message to this inbox can achieve.

You want to Right place Why
Report a wrong price or calorie figure This form It is the main reason this page exists and the fastest thing we act on.
Tell us a store has moved, closed or changed hours This form Store data is confirmed one at a time, so a reader on the ground beats a desk check.
Point out a page that is confusing or wrong This form An unclear page is a page that needs rewriting, and we would rather know.
Ask about an order, refund or delivery problem HEYTEA directly We have no access to orders, payments or accounts of any kind.
Make a complaint about a store or member of staff HEYTEA directly We cannot pass a complaint to anyone. It would go nowhere.
Apply for a job or ask about franchising HEYTEA directly We have no relationship with the company and no visibility of either.
Offer a guest post, paid link or sponsored mention Nowhere We do not publish any of these, and these messages do not get a reply.
Independent site. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to HEYTEA. For anything in the second half of this table, the official channels are the only route that works.

What Happens After You Send a Correction

The message lands in a real inbox that a person reads. The first step is checking the figure against the sources this site already uses, which means the public US menu listings and the store level ordering pages for the location you named.

If those agree with you, the value changes in the dataset and every page that mentions it updates on the next build. A single price lives in one file, so correcting it fixes the category page, the comparison tables, both calculators, the guides and the structured data in one edit rather than seven.

If the sources disagree with you, that is still useful. It usually means the price has moved in your city and not elsewhere, which is worth recording as regional variation rather than replacing a figure that is correct for most stores.

Either way you get a reply telling you which of those two happened. We do not treat a correction as an inconvenience, because getting these numbers right is the only thing this site is for.

Contact Questions

Use the form with the drink name, the store you visited and the price you actually paid. Those three details are enough to check it and push the fix into the next rebuild.

A screenshot of a receipt or a menu board helps and is never required.

No. This is an independent site with no connection to HEYTEA, so we cannot see orders, issue refunds or pass a complaint to anyone.

Those go to the official HEYTEA site or to the store directly.

Within three working days for most messages. Corrections are usually handled faster because they take less back and forth.

If you have not heard back inside a week, the message did not arrive. Send it again or email [email protected] directly.

No. This site does not publish guest content, sponsored posts or paid links, and messages offering them do not get a reply.

The editorial content here is written in house from the site's own dataset.

Ask first. The dataset behind this site took real work to compile and verify, and we do not permit wholesale copying of it.

Quoting a figure with a link back is fine. Republishing the tables is not.

No. We track stores that are open and confirmed rather than announcements about future ones, because expansion plans change and a wrong opening date is worse than no date.

The locations page lists the 23 stores currently confirmed.
