This policy explains what HeyTeaMenuGuide.com collects, what it does not, and what control you have. It describes what this site actually does rather than covering features it does not have.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form. Nothing else is collected by us directly.
What we do not
No accounts, no logins, no newsletter list, no selling of data, and nothing from the tools on this site.

Who We Are
HeyTeaMenuGuide.com is an independent website publishing information about the HEYTEA menu in the United States. Independent site. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to HEYTEA. You can reach us at [email protected] or through the contact page.
Information You Give Us
The only information this site collects directly is what you enter into the contact form: your name, your email address, the topic you select and your message.
That form is delivered by Web3Forms, a third party form processing service, which passes the submission to our email inbox. Web3Forms processes the data in order to deliver it and is subject to its own privacy terms.
We use what you send only to reply to you and to act on the correction or question it contains. We do not add contact form submissions to a mailing list, we do not sell or share them, and we do not use them for advertising. Messages are kept while they are useful for handling corrections and are then deleted. If you want a message deleted sooner, email us and it will be.
Cookies and Advertising
This site is free to read and is supported by advertising. Advertising on this site is served by Google AdSense and its partners.
Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.

Analytics
We may use privacy respecting analytics to understand which pages are read, using aggregate figures such as page views and referring sources. Analytics data is not used to identify individual visitors and is not combined with anything you send through the contact form.
What the Tools Store
The drink builder and the nutrition calculator run entirely in your browser. What you select in them is never transmitted anywhere, never stored on a server and never seen by us. Closing the tab discards it.
This site does not use browser local storage to track you across visits. Nothing you do on these pages is linked to anything you do on any other site.
Server Logs
This site is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard technical logs, which typically include IP address, browser type, the page requested and a timestamp. These exist for security and reliability, are handled by the host under its own terms, and are not used by us to build any profile of a visitor.
Links to Other Sites
This site links out to the official HEYTEA website, to Google Maps for store directions, and to advertising and opt out resources. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies and this one does not. We have no control over what other sites collect.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information through the contact form, email us and it will be deleted.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected, or to ask for it to be deleted. Since the only personal information this site collects directly is a contact form submission, in practice that means asking us to delete a message you sent.
Email [email protected] and we will action it. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.
For California residents: we do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioural advertising in the sense that term is defined under the CCPA. Advertising cookie choices are handled through the opt out links above.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected or how it is used, the effective date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be reflected here rather than announced separately.
