HEYTEA Nutrition Calculator
Add drinks and toppings to a running total and see the calorie count against a 2,000 calorie daily reference. The HEYTEA board spans 30 calories to 560 in the same 16 oz cup, a gap of 530, so the drink you pick matters more here than at most chains.

What Actually Drives the Calorie Count
Three components explain nearly every calorie difference on this menu. Knowing them means you can predict where a drink lands without looking it up.
Milk, roughly 100 to 180 calories
The single biggest factor. Jasmine Tea at 30 calories becomes Jasmine Latte at 140 once milk goes in, for the same tea underneath.
Cheese cap, 120 to 240 calories
A full Cheese Cloud is 240 calories, the light version 120. On a plain tea this can be more calories than the drink it sits on.
Chewy toppings, 5 to 110 calories
Sago is 110, brown sugar bobo 80, crystal boba 60, fat free pops just 5. The cheapest topping is not the lightest one.
Sago is worth a second look. At $0.49 it is the cheapest chewy topping and at 110 calories it is also the heaviest, which is the opposite of what most people assume. Fat free boba pops cost the same $0.49 and add 5 calories.

Ordering Lighter Without Ordering Something Worse
The obvious advice is to order a plain tea, and it works: Jasmine Tea at 30 calories is the lightest thing on the board. It is also not what most people came in for. The more useful question is how to keep a drink you actually want and still take 100 calories off it.
Sugar level is the first lever and the only free one. Fruit teas carry the largest share of their calories in added syrup, so a 30 percent Crisp Grape Boom sits well under its printed 100. Milk builds move less, because milk is milk at any sugar setting.
Swapping the cap is the second. Light Cheese Cloud at $0.99 does most of what the $1.99 original does and costs 120 calories rather than 240. On a fruit tea it often tastes better anyway, because a full cap can bury the fruit.
The third is choosing the drink that already fits. Cloud Yumberry is 110 calories with a cheese cap included. Cloud Matcha Latte is 380 with the same cap. Same cap, same price bracket, and 270 calories apart, because one sits on fruit tea and the other on a milk latte.
HEYTEA Nutrition Questions
The US board runs from 30 calories for a plain Jasmine Tea up to 560 for Cheese Brown Sugar Bobo Milk. The average across all 47 drinks is 240.
Where a drink lands depends on three things: milk, a cheese cloud cap, and chewy toppings. A drink with all three sits at the top of the range.
Jasmine Tea at 30 calories and $5.49. It is plain brewed leaf tea with nothing added, so it is both the cheapest and the lightest order on the menu.
Among drinks with fruit in them, Passion Fruit Blast at 70 calories is the lightest. There are 14 drinks at or under 150 calories in total.
The original Cheese Cloud adds 240 calories for $1.99. Light Cheese Cloud adds 120 for $0.99, which is exactly half on both counts.
Matcha Cloud adds 230 calories for $1.99. On a plain brewed tea a full cap can more than triple the calorie count of the cup.
Brown sugar bobo adds 80 calories for $1.99. Crystal boba adds 60 for $0.99. Sago adds 110 for $0.49.
Fat free boba pops add just 5 calories for $0.49, which makes them the only topping that gives you texture without a meaningful calorie cost.
Yes, and on fruit teas it makes a real difference because they carry the highest share of added syrup. On matcha and milk builds the drop is smaller, since most of those calories come from milk rather than sugar.
Published calorie figures assume 100 percent sugar, so the number on the board is the ceiling. The drink builder models the reduction for any drink.
Calories are published for the US menu. A full macro breakdown covering protein, carbohydrate, fat, sodium and sugar is not published per drink in the way an American fast food chain would publish it.
This calculator works with the figures that are published rather than inventing the ones that are not. Anything estimated on this site is labelled as an estimate.
16 of the 47 drinks are dairy free as built, mostly fruit teas and plain brewed teas. Coconut Mango Boom and Coconut Mango Blue use coconut milk.
Milk builds convert with the $0.99 oat milk swap. Cloud drinks cannot be converted, because the cap is a cream cheese foam. The dairy free guide lists every case.
The main allergens on this menu are milk from the cheese cloud caps and the milk builds, and tree nuts in the Pistachio Cloud King Jasmine. Cross contact is possible in any shop preparing drinks in one space.
